I mentioned that last night Shaundra came and played some songs for Carson. We hope that you will understand that we are not favoring her for some reason by letting her see Carson. She was extremely respectful of the family's wishes. She waited outside until there was a moment when Carson needed to be calmed from the pain he is experiencing. She wrote this song a few months ago. When she played it for Carson it was a much more mellow and calm. It was right after she finished this song that Carson said, "I think this is the closest to heaven that I have ever been."About the song she said, " I actually wrote it three months ago -- the day he came into our lives.
